Fuego | Wood-Fired Magic in Pererenan

From the same legends behind the grill at Chimichurri (Mariano and Vi Vi—aka the nicest humans on the island) comes Fuego — a proper fine-dining statement in Pererenan with food that’s as pretty as it is delicious. Chef Mariano, originally from Argentina, does wood-fired everything in the best possible way. He treats every cut of meat with love. Expect smoky plates, rich flavors, and ingredients often sourced from Fuego’s own garden. The big garden and open, minimalist dining space make for a gorgeous setting with a great community vibe and zero pretension.

They’re also known for their cocktails — and their mocktails. We don’t drink, and the team went above and beyond, mixing up made-to-order mocktails that were honestly some of the best we’ve had in Bali.

Go when you want something serious, beautifully plated, and totally unforgettable. Also — if you loved Chimichurri in Ungasan, you can still get those cult-favorite dishes at Fuego. Same chef, and same dedication to an amazing feed. Their burgers may very well change your life. You can thank us later.

Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Daily)
Location: Fuego, Jalan Pura Jl. Dalem Lingsir, Pererenan, Mengwi, Badung Regency, Bali 80351
