The Cashew Tree, Bingin | Coconut Breaks & Endorphin Highs

By Des Res Bali

A longstanding Bingin favorite — plant-powered café culture with one of Uluwatu’s most established fitness hubs on the property, The Cashew Tree is where cold-pressed juices, colorful smoothie bowls and raw desserts meet the high-intensity burn of Bali Training Centre — all set within a breezy, open-air garden just minutes from the cliff edge.

The vibe is easy — fresh coconuts, juices and smoothies, and that slow-living rhythm Bingin does so well. Out back, Bali Training Centre keeps things moving with functional fitness, HIIT, Muay Thai and conditioning workouts that turn seaside mornings into endorphin-fuelled rituals. Go for the ab burn and follow it up with a dragon fruit smoothie for a morning well spent.

Stick around for their social evenings too — live music nights and their popular Thirsty Thursdays bring a mellow crowd and great tunes to match.
