Mu Bali, Bingin | our Bukit sunset go-to

Some places just feel like your really posh bohemian friend’s backyard. In the best way. Mu’s one of those places. Perched on the Bingin cliffs with wraparound views of Impossibles and Padang Padang, it feels more like a secret hideaway than a boutique hotel (P.S. — the hotel itself is magic). The sunsets from Mu’s vantage point are brilliant, and the seafood barbecue is, in our humble opinion, the tastiest in town.

And because every sunset snack deserves to be paired with a little pampering, let’s not forget the Spa at Mu. The outdoor massage tables face the ocean, so while you’re getting the kinks worked out of your shoulders from a morning surf or Pilates sesh, you’re smelling the salty air and hearing the sets roll in — pure magic. Top it off with a caramel slice and cappuccino by the pool — trust us on this one. Surf check, sunset, massage, snack — Mu’s the full Bali bingo card in one spot.

Location: Jl. Pantai Bingin, Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80364
