Spring Spa Uluwatu | Quiet Luxury in the Bukit

By Des Res Bali

Film by Des Res Bali

Hidden behind the buzz of Labuan Sait, Spring Spa Uluwatu opens into another world — linen-draped daybeds, water walls, and walkways that float over tranquil pools. It’s a sanctuary hidden in plain sight. One minute you’re on the busy Bukit strip, the next you’re surrounded by all white sheers, beautifully filtered light, draping plants, and the gentle hum of water. It’s modern minimalism with a tropical soul.

It’s serene but never stuffy — quiet luxury done right. Eleven treatment rooms, a Davines hair salon, and mani-pedi stations with waterfall views make it a kind of wellness playground for grown-ups. Treatments range from intuitive massages and bespoke facials by CODAGE Paris to seriously indulgent hair rituals.

Founded by the team behind New Zealand’s award-winning East Day Spa, Spring has become a kind of cross-continental cult — equally at home in Uluwatu as in Ponsonby or Wellington. It’s luxury that still feels human, design-led without being pretentious, and somehow…affordable. The kind of place where you can float out blissed and barefoot, then wander straight to lunch down the road — perfectly refreshed, a little dewy, and quietly pleased with your life choices.
